Arising from this post is this accurate:
That
Release notes for all Beta Releases immediately prior to the next Stable release are also included in the release notes for that stable release?
So for example
All release notes for Beta releases 13.23.1 to 13.23.10 inclusive are included in the release notes for 13.24
If so this means that one does not need to read the release notes for every Beta just each stable release. Nice!

Yes, that's the idea. The stable release notes include the relevant items from the beta release notes, so you don't need to read both to know what changed.

Sorry for going off topic. What screenshot tool did you use? Love that zigzag cut effect that shows the middle was cropped.

Snagit. It is top heavy as a screenshot manager but I really like the editor
