I upgraded my copy of Beyond Compare. What a great product with version 2...and now Scooter Software has introduced Beyond Compare 3.0. Wow. What I'd really like to do though is figure out how to integrate this into DOpus. I have the button code for BC2..and still use that...but I'm wondering if anybody has been able to beta test Version 3 with DOpus and find a way to get the BC2 code to work with BC3? Thanks.
Yes, BC3 is a fine product and yes, it can be integrated. Menu/Button code attached.

Nice...but not quite what I was looking for though. It doesn't matter...I edited the old BC2 code and now it works the way I wanted. BC3 is badass. This is a fantastic upgrade...can't wait til someone creates code to allow BC3 to edit raw text files by selecting them directly in Opus.
GPSoftware should seriously consider collaborating with ScooterSoftware to merge the code and then you'd have the ultimate tool that would make even Linux users drool with envy.
I was also pretty impressed with the trial version of BC3. Until I realised they still don't have word wrap! I was just floored. It was one of the most requested features pre version 3. They added specific support for tons of plain and formatted text file types. But word wrap "didn't make it" into v3, which means your standard formatted doc (rtf, html, etc), which usually contains linebreaks only at paragraph boundaries, will display as huge lines in the BC3 windows, without wrapping.
