Bigger icons

My 13" laptop screen has a very high resolution (3200 pixels across), which unfortunately is becoming more common since manufacturers has duped customers into thinking that more pixels is always better. This many pixels on such a small screen is a waste of money and power if you ask me, but now we are forced to deal with it. Windows is initially unusable because of small fonts, but fortunately there is a display scaling control (which I set to 250%) that makes things look fine. But that scaling setting doesn't seem to work inside applications like directory opus, so opus is also not useable when first installed. However after changing all 11 font selections under "Settings, "Preferences", "Display", "Colors & Fonts", Opus becomes useable again. The text can be adjusted this way to my preference, but I'm a big user of the main toolbar which has teeny tiny icons. Under "Customize", "Toolbars", I can select "Toolbar", "Image Size", "Large". This changes the icon size from teeny tiny to merely uncomfortably small. I guess what I would need is "Extra Large". Is there any way to do this?

Try the Opus 12 Public Beta for built-in high-DPI icons and much improved DPI-scaling support in general. Link is in my signature.
