I'm starting now to use x64 version under WinXP x64 SP1.
Somtime i look a blank opened liser. What is this? Sometime both panels opens as blank! I don't understand what is cause. 
I have the settings: Set as Default liser > both panels as My Computer.
And second question, why need subfolders \x86 under Dirctori Opus? Is it possible delete it or it need?
If I go up-down-up etc... than lister has resets and shows as normal after moveing. And every start again is clean.

Yes! Only "My Computer" level is blank. I now temporary has insalled DOpus and I open it from explorer disk letter clicking.
(i have chaos temporary in my system =) ) When i try open it from systray DOpus opened normal!

So you're in Explorer and double-click a drive letter, and that opens an Opus window with Computer on both sides but one side is blank?
That doesn't seem right. It should at least open the drive letter you double-clicked on.
Yes it so as you say! It's seems like as (x64) redirection some bug in windows... Not access right! I'm Admin
Redirection seems 64 / 86 ... ? Some like more redraw problem and other... Don't know.
Maybe if i close explorer.exe the problem has not present...
And more I use bbLean blackbox x64 1.17 as desktop. OK! If DOpus has not yourself problem it's good!
I say it only that you check DOpus for bug if need. 
Opus has no problems like that due to 64-bit at least, although I've only personally used Opus on 64-bit Vista and Windows 7, not on 64-bit XP.
From your screeshot it looks like you're running a custom desktop/shell (or taskbar at least) which may be the cause of the problem, but that's just a guess.

Dopus is starts good - both listers opened with "My Computer" pages
And i press the button [ Go REFRESH=all ] - and left panel turned to blank! 
Sorry! Maybe some troubles with WinXPx64 and maybe with custom shell... Ok! Sorry!

Type update default lister into the search filter at the bottom of the prefs window to find it. But it does exactly the same as the checkbox in your screenshot.
BTW, please don't use external image hosts. Just attach any images you want to your post (using the Full Editor) and they will appear. I had problems seeing your image initially as the image host seems to be very slow (or something). I moved the image in your post so it's an attachment now.
