As you can (barely) see from the screen dump below, in the right hand window, the line (not column) for the E: drive is colored blue. (It's much more obvious on my monitor than it appears in the screen dump.) What is that trying to tell me? And where in the Help would I find more information about that?

The display for My Computer is provided by Explorer (Windows), not Opus. At a guess I'd say it's because you have enabled encryption or compression or something on the drive, but that's just a guess.

That drive, and that drive only, had the compress attribute set for it.

A 10 GB drive probably needs it 
I believe it's a single HD with lots of partitions 
Why not using one data partition with main-subfolders? Each partition reserves disk space and also the whole space is better usable
