I have a new computer ASUS-TUF-A15. When I connected the K780, I found that neither DEL key worked. The weird thing is that it works with everything else I use. DO is my go to software and I am getting annoyed with this issue. Has anyone seen this before? I have tried disconnecting, removing, reinstalling to no avail.

Great question. It turns out the ASUS-Tuf del keys do not work with OP, as well. But they too work with everything else. Weird.
If you open Settings > Customize Toolbars and Keys and go to the Keys tab, is the Del hotkey in there?
You should be able to click the bottom-left filter control and push the Del key. If that doesn't register a keypress either, that might point toward a different problem. Let us know what it shows.
When I select ALL KEYS, I see hotkeys using DEL and SHIFT+DEL both related to the Viewer Pane, I believe. I do not see a filter control in the bottom left, however I discovered that the DEL key will work inside the SEARCH and STATUS/LOCATION bars. But, I still cannot DEL any files etc. I tried turning off the hotkey for DEL, to no avail.
The Del key shortcut for deleting files comes from the default Operations toolbar. You may have turned off that toolbar, or edited or deleted the delete button that provides the function.
Bravo, Jon. I believe that I have edited the delete button out! I Just set up OP on this new computer and must have done exactly that. Can I get it back?
I reset that toolbar back to FACTORY and the problem is resolved. Again, Bravo, gents! Thanks for everything. Best software ever.
If you still want to remove the button you can use that dialog to create a Hotkey to perform the same function.
