Box.com (Box Drive) not updating

Our company uses Box Drive to navigate our box.com folders on windows 10 pro pc. I've never been able to get our box drive to automatically refresh, we have to refresh manually. It does refresh properly on File Explorer, and all of my other files outside of Box Drive on my computer automatically refresh through DOpus So it's just Box Drive files in DOpus that are an issue. I did check the Preferences - Misc. - and made sure Troubleshooting / no_external_change_notify was set to False, and that Preferences / File Operations / Options: Detect external file changes on network drives was turned on. Is there something else I'm missing?

Please try with 13.6 or 13.6.1 beta, which we just released.
