Can DO completely take over Windows Explorer functionality in Win7 and Win10?

I tried this software last year and liked it. But it did not take over for Windows Explorer. There were several instances where Explorer would open instead of DO.
I was very busy and didn't do any troubleshooting and simply uninstalled DO.

Is it possible to have DO take over 100% for Explorer? Such as when I do a "File, Save-As" it will open a DO window instead of Explorer?

If so, will it be able to do this in Win7 also?
