I have a menu button with right click to expand enabled. I want to disable it in certain situations but keep the menu accessible.
There’s an option to always enable the menu part. I think it’s there if you right click it while in Customize mode.
If not, edit the menu itself and it should be in one of those places. (Not at my PC to check currently.)

Oh, lol. There is only one option and that is called "always enable drag&drop" in German:
But that seems to be it, thank you 
Might be a translation issue. We'll check on that.
Definitely a translation issue, because drop down and drag&drop in above image, is a slightly different business
