I know, "once you complete and approve the online order, no references are available."
But, maybe it's a browser or PayPal. It's wrong. It paid me twice for the same reference number! At present, I have received two PayPal receipts, but I only have one ID and one registration code.
I have fed back this question to this email (greg@gpsoft.com.au) and hope to refund one of them.
