Can I have Opus handle saveAs for various programs?

I've not found such a setting, perhaps it can't be done but I'd hate to find out later I was just missing something.

SaveAs is a system dialog, unless the program designs another one.
Opus doesn't have a SaveAs dialog, and can certainly not tell other programs to use it.
