Can not update to 12.1

Hello

I get an popup that a new version of Dricetory opus is available (12.1) but when i press the Download button, nothing happens. I have a official registerd version of Directory opus.
What can be the problem ?

Does downloading from here work, or the same problem?

Both methods download the same file, so if one works and the other doesn't, your firewall or antivirus may be blocking Opus from downloading the file.
