What's special about it? Looks like small thumbnails with the labels turned off, which is already possible in Opus.
This one lacks a Timeline.
I have tried other third-party resource managers, but none of them can achieve the same effect.
This should be unique to the system.

Yeah, it is.
You can already make a column which shows the year from one of the date/exif fields and sort/group by it.
