Whenever I try and acess my documents all I get is NOT RESPONDING. Any idea why?
It could be an issue with Opus itself, or it could be cause by a shell extension something else has installed.
Please send us some process snapshots while it's in that state and we can hopefully use them to tell you what's going wrong:
I went to the Task Manager; Details but no dopus.exe listed. It also does not appear in other places. I downloaded the most recent software but that did not make any difference.
If Opus has a window on screen (whether it's working normally or not responding) then dopus.exe must be in the process list.
If there's no dopus.exe in the process list then you can't be looking at one of Opus's windows and it must be something else (e.g. File Explorer).
