Hi, I'm using Directory Opus version 13.24, but I cannot drag any files from the desktop into DOpus, regardless of the file type or destination path. A gray "X" icon appears when attempting to drag.
Additionally, even though I have enabled "Double-click on desktop to open DOpus" in the settings, it does not work. The settings also show a red warning: "Elevation issue." I have already exited Huorong Antivirus and Wallpaper Engine, but this did not help. What could be causing this issue?
