Cannot open 12.28 Simplified Chinese after upgrade

I just upgrade to 12.28 using the built-in upgrader. After installation, I cannot open DOpus now.

Reinstalling with Directory Opus 12.27 - New Releases - Directory Opus Resource Centre (dopus.com) didn't work. It seems to give me the same 12.28 installer.

How can I roll back / fix this issue?

Please download and reinstall the update again, it should be ok now.
