Can't Access Non-Standard FTP Connection Types

Despite buying Advanced FTP version of Directory Opus (12.7 x64 Pro Edition), I can't access the non-standard FTP connection types (e.g. TLS, SSL, SFTP).

Error Message: "This feature is not enabled by your Program Certificate."

Please advise. Thanks in advance, Jim Reed.

You probably haven't installed the updated certificate yet.

You should have been sent one in the purchase email from us. Save the attachment and then either double-click it or load it into Help > Licence Manager.

You can also have it re-emailed to you via here: http://www.gpsoft.com.au/DScripts/lostcode.asp

Thanks! Installing the certificate that came with the purchase email worked perfectly. I had mistakenly assumed that the certificate was an alternate method instead of entering the unlocking code. Doh. - Best regards, Jim Reed.
