Can't connect to Egnyte

I used to be able to access my Egnyte drive in DOPUS without issue, for years. At some point--not sure when--it stopped working. The Egnyte Desktop app is installed and the native Windows file explorer opens the Egnyte drive without issue as drive Z. Any ideas?

What happens when you try to access it?

It doesn't show up in Network. When I attempt to connect to drive Z, this is the result.

Check you're not running Opus as administrator.

I am indeed running as administrator, and the selection is grayed out.

You should check for dopus.exe.
dopusrt.exe is the tool to launch Opus commands from command line.

Click “change settings for all users” at the bottom of the same Properties dialog.

(This is Microsoft’s terrible design, not ours. :))

None of the Opus executables should be configured to run as admin.
