Hello, I have tried multiple times to purchase an upgrade from Directory Opus 10 Pro to Directory Opus 12 Pro. I get an email back telling me to click on the link and use PayPal to complete the order.
When I go to PayPal to do this, my screen freezes.
I did this on three machines, Windows 10 running Chrome, macOS running Safari, Ubuntu running FireFox with no luck.
Please email email@example.com for any sales problems, as we can only do technical support here.
It may also be worth trying to go directly to PayPal's site to see if that works or if you have problems using PayPal even when the Opus website is not involved.
Thanks. I will contact them. The problem only exists when I try to pay for Directory Opus using US dollars.
