Can't start dopus anymore..
It used to load with Windows. Not anymore.
Can't even start it manually. Now when I try to start it, Task Manager (Processes) show dopus.exe runing for 1-2 seconds and it then dissapears... 
Maybe try a reinstall of the latest version (8.2.0.2)?
If reinstalling doesn't solve the problem have a look at these two threads:

It seems that the installer(s) for some thing(s) can break the COM registrations of objects which Opus relies on.
