Certificate Status

I installed this program and just asked the GPS website for a trial certificate, but the program is keeps saying "this certificate has already expired". I have uninstalled Directory Opus several times to no avail! I have found no evidence of a former DOPUS license in this PC. (I bought this PC some 4 months ago)

Eval certificates are only valid for 30+30 days. Most likely you have exceeded the evaluation period.

Please email us directly with details of your evaluation etc.

I installed DOPUS today and asked for certificate TODAY!!!! Something must be wrong! Will it be my PC (Dell 3501 with Win10 22H2) or the cert is really out of date?

These are my details:

RegistrationCode=<removed>
Version=12.0

If the PC was used by someone else in the past, they may have already trialed Opus.

Otherwise, make sure you have installed the evaluation certificate. Opus will run for 30 days without any certificate installed, and if you get a certificate to extend that the certificate still needs to be installed into the program. ("Install New Certificate" when the licence manager window pops up.)

"If the PC was used by someone else in the past, they may have already trialed Opus". That might be true, but hey, I told you guys I have already installed and uninstalled Opus, but still no joy. After uninstallation, I have cleaned the system, too, in search for Opus legacy files, but I'm afraid I'm leaving something behind. And I fear to get into the Windows Registry and do something wrong. I don't know what else to do!

Wipe the system and start with a fresh Windows installation. You never know what else might be lurking beneath the surface.

This is not an option for me to go with, not at this moment at least. It's my job-at-home PC, and I can't stop now, not with constant layoffs around.

If you email us at support@gpsoft.com.au with your current evaluation code, we should be able to enable a fresh evaluation for that machine.
