besides adding folder to favorites in folder tree , is there any solution to change the order of folders in folder tree ( for example put libraries folder above the desktop and this pc in folder tree)

Only for certain folders, via the options in Preferences / Folder Tree / Contents.
We're thinking of expanding this in the future.
