Change top bar colour

Sorry I accidently deleted my thread..here it is again.

So how do I change the top bar colour where is says Desktop?

Isn't this solely determined by the Windows color settings?

Dark/blue theme for DOpus 13 - #21 by trevorm shows where to change it in Windows 11 for active windows.
