Changes to folders not being detected - DebugView Output

Greetings
I have read up Changes to folders are not being detected
In my case all is as should be according to the post.
So I run debugview with the relevant switches turned on.
File activity = Paste a JPG in C:\Users\shaun.louw\OneDrive - Shell\Laptop\DOpus-L

Upon refresh the file is visible:

I know I might need to repeat using Process Monitor depending on what the above output tells me.

The log screenshots only show ShellChange notifications, which are secondary things used to update icons and similar. There should also be another type of notification there.

Make sure everything the FAQ says to turn on is turned on. There are two settings.

It’s also possible we just can’t see them in the screenshots. Posting the actual logs would be better.
