Could we get an optional checkbox mode column please.
That appears when there is a checkbox mode enabled and disappears when checkbox mode is off.
So that you can mark files and then sort them to the top.
An alternate method is to have checked items have a status label, but I'm not seeing a "match if checked" anywhere.
Checked isn't a permanent state. It sounds like you want some sort of favorites system?
It is when you enable it in the folder formats > display.
But I use it temporarily. Made hotkeys for check to select and select to check.
So they are there when the situation makes it useful.
I would like a column that does appear when checkbox mode is active.
But I would settle for a way of setting up a status filter, or something like that. Whatever method that we can sort checked items to the top.
What would be ideal is if you created a object that matches checked items.
We could put it in filters or advanced find or anything. if match = checked
No I meant an individual item's checked state isn't persistent.
I just realized that I can use 'check to select' then I have the checked in my grip for processing.

The deselect ALL or select NONE doesn't work for some reason.
But close enough. I got filtering on my checkbox mode. 
Made a three button for it.
