Hi,
I love Directory Opus but have an issue that is hard to work around. My company uses Datto Workplace as a cloud drive for shared documents. To all file explorers, it just looks like a mounted drive.
When I right click on a file that is on that drive with directory opus, it can take 20 seconds of a spinning blue icon before the context menu appears, and directory opus is not responsive for the entire time. When I do the same thing in Windows File Explorer or XYPlorer, there is no problem, it is only with Directory Opus.
Any files on local drives do not have this issue, only the cloud drive.
Thank you. I ran the steps and in the debug it seems like it is not hanging on one thing. Instead, it is processing things separated by ~2 second delays. It will process some, pause for 2 seconds, process more, pause for 2 seconds, etc. As mentioned, things work well on local drives, this issue only happens on the Datto Workplace cloud drive. The log is attached, you can see the ~2 second gaps in the timeline, each of which seems to happen right after dopus does "PROCESSING ITEMS" tasks. Let me know what else to try, thank you. You'd have to ask the authors of that shell extension why it's delaying for so long when called by Opus, unless it's open-source and we can look at the code ourselves.
