How do I collapse the tree part to its parent or maybe root node after the sync comparison is done? I'd like to cherry pick what's gonna be deleted in the target lister, but it's on the brink of impossible with loads of files listed.

There isn't a way to collapse branches in Sync at the moment, sorry.
May I gently ask for this functionality, sometime in the future? it's really hard to manage if there is a pile of files.
