How do I remove the purple font of desktop folders in Desktop. Just want it to be black.

Im glad you could fix this! But for future reference, and because i am no longer able to find this option on my PC, and also not on my wifes laptop (both win10 64x), i was surprised seeing the following:

I ran Disk Cleanup, the windows built-in cleaner thingie on both our machines and i realised there is an option: SYSTEM COMPRESSION. I also found this article:

So if you ran Disk Cleanup checking every option, thinking you dont need any of that crap, you might have clicked this option too, which would compress files, making DOpus color every iteration purple as the default setting. But now that i look at Disk Cleanup, this option is removed, i suppose my machine auto-updated since then.
