"Colors and Fonts / Windows Colors / Windows contents" Text not applied where it should

Hello,

Changing the text color in "Colors and Fonts / Windows Colors / Windows contents" is often not applied and/or inconsistent. 13.3.7 Beta, Win 10 Pro 19045.4046.

Some checkboxes use Preferences / Colors and Fonts / Windows Colors / Checkboxes and radios.

Not sure why it's different, but I suspect some of the dialogs are overriding the color to the more general text color (probably in order to override something else, but checkboxes come along for the ride).

You'd normally want both text colors to be the same, in any case.
