Column title parameter for Print FOLDER command

When exporting tables with Print FOLDER, the command will use the file display columns' labels as column titles for the table.

Labels are not unique and vary with language settings.

It'd be helpful if the command had a parameter that could set name, label, and header as column title. Maybe even all three at the same time?

(Idea was born in RemoveEmptyColumns)

We've added a KEYWORDS switch to the Print command to do that in the next beta.
