I've set up some custom File/Folder labels for different filetypes to make finding these files in a list a lot easier. Just recently, I've setup a custom label for files/folders that have a date of 'Today' so i can find my downloads easier. Now here's the problem, if a file has TWO custom labels that are applicable to it, only ONE custom label gets applied.
In the attached screenshot I have a custom label set for .zip files and a different label for files with a timestamp of 'Today'. As you can see a .zip file with a timestamp of 'Today' doesn't get the Today label applied; only the .zip label.
Is there away to prioritise how labels are applied or combine labels?
Bummer. I suppose, in that, case I can create a separate label combining the two as I only have a few custom labels defined. I'm not sure whether there would be enough of a case for requesting a product improvement request.
We may improve this in the future but at the moment you'd need use one or more filter labels to make all the labels mutually exclusive.
e.g. If you want the *.zip label to "win", leave that as it is but replace the "Modified Today" label with one that does "Modified Within 1 Day -- And -- Not *.zip" or similar.
