I'm assuming these aren't already a (hidden?) function of the commmand editor otherwise would appear within the edit drop down menu.

The ability to move lines of code around without copy and pasting. The selected line(s) to be moved with a keyboard shortcut such as ctrl+shift+up arrow and ctrl+shift+down arrow
