The DOpus FTP/SSH features are nice, so nice in fact it leaves me wanting more.
It would be great if DOpus could integrate the functionality of PuTTY so we can send commands to the current remote directory we have open. OR an easier solution might simply be a button in DOpus that can auto-open a SSH session of the current remote connection displayed in the Lister.
For example, when I am tinkering with a VPS I like to have a Dual Lister layout open with the remote VPS on one side and my local files on the other. The nice thing about local folders is that when I need to get to command line I can just right-click and "Open Command Prompt here". However, on the remote side - there is no such option to do so. When I have to run a Linux terminal command like wget or apt-get I have to open a new PuTTY SSH session, tediously navigate to the folder, and then run it.
This gets a bit redundant. I'd love to be able to right click on the remote side and click an option that says "Open SSH session here" - and have it open a PuTTY window, automatically login, and navigate to the current folder as shown in the lister.
Do-able?
Or will I need to wait until DOpus becomes a complete replacement to PuTTY in the same way it has become a replacement for Filezilla ?
