Hi there,
I hope this isn't too dated, but here it goes: I have been struggling in my attempts to try to transfer some graphic files to more contemporary formats. Using Amiga Forever and Cosmigo's Pro Motion software packages, I've managed to transfer many of my DPaintIV animations to .FLC and .AVI formats. Some of the anim files are in HAM-6 and the palettes are off in Pro Motion (I've contacted them about it.) MY copy of DOpus10 did manage to open a single frame of the animation that I had saved as an .iff /.lbm file. It gave me the option of saving it as another format. So my question is: are there any plug-ins that would allow DOpus to load an .anim file / DpaintIV animation files? Any other suggestions? ?
Thanks in Advance,
John
None that I can think of. If it was me, I'd play them in the Amiga emulator and record the screen using a Windows screen recorder.
Thank you Leo- I believe that would be a viable alternative. I'll give it a shot.
WinUAE emulator natively supports capturing videos in various formats (including uncompressed full frames).
Thanks- I've only dabbled with WinUAE, so trying this will give me a good reason to learn it more thoroughly.
