Convert to PNG is really slow with larger dimension images

a 2592 x 1944 x 24bit or bigger JPG is really slow to convert to PNG.

1600 x 1200 x 24bit or smaller converts pretty fast.

Sample images for testing:

Test 4000 x 2000 x 24 bit JPG to convert to PNG: https://www.learningcontainer.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Sample-Image-file-Download.jpg

Smaller test 2560 x 1600 JPG, but still slow to convert https://www.learningcontainer.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Sample-JPEG-Image-File-Download-scaled.jpg

Then resize either of these images to say 1600x1200, then use convert to PNG, and it should be a LOT quicker then other two larger images.

Testing conversion of that image to PNG in Opus and MSPaint showed it was a lot slower in Opus, but also a lot better compressed in the end.

So it might be that the compression mode we're using is really taxing on large images. I've made a note to look into it when we have time. Speeding this up would be nice, while keeping the option for max compression if people need that more (assuming that's what's making it slow).

+1 for PNG compression settings please.
