Verdana Pro is a great font for your GUI. It's very clear at small sizes.
I like the Condensed Semibold in particular which is great for Tabs and the Location Bar.
Thanks for the tip !
I don't have that font on my system yet, but I'm looking into it.
I use Microsoft Verdana in emails.
I use P22 Eaglefeather , 9pt. for my location bar.
I've been using Microsoft Bahnschrift , 9 pt. for toolbars.
For tabs I've been using P22 Johnston Underground, 9 pt. , which I also have been using for Column Headers. It is also my go to font for Word Documents. I really like that font.
I'm still using Segoe UI, 9 pt. for Dialogs, but I'll check this one out !
Post a Screenshot of your config.
Thanks,
I found a free download of the Verdana Pro font family from the Microsoft Store.
I agree with you that Verdana Pro works well for the Dopus Dialog font.
I chose Verdana Pro Condensed Normal, but you're right, Semi-Bold works well too.
Here's the screenshot you asked for that shows P22 Eaglefeather in the location bar, P22 Johnston Underground ( London Subways ) for column headers, and Microsoft Bahnschrift ( German road signs, MS version ) for toolbar labels.
Cool screenshot, glad you found the Verdana Pro.
I used to use Segoe UI for my file display font, then Ubuntu Condensed, now I'm using Humnst777 Cn BT. I like bolder fonts. I'm not into those skinny hairline pixel thin fonts that I have to squint to read. My eyes aren't what they used to be, I have been using Dopus literally for more than 2 decades now, since version 6. So you're a photographer, I am too...
