Select a folder and execute this command:
Copy ADDTOARCHIVE=.zip to C:\code
It just copy the selected folder to C:\code, the result .zip contains nothing.
This means that the argument TO does not work correctly for ADDTOARCHIVE.
but with HERE, you will get a correct result .zip.
