There is a way to show dialogue copy/move a file with all options before operation?
Not sure what you mean. Which options do you want to see before the copy/move starts?
I wish to see all options which are here:
Settings - Preferences - File Operations - Copying (1) and Copying (2)

There isn't a way to do that exactly but you can make a button which opens the Preferences dialog on the appropriate page to make it easy to change the options when you need to:
Prefs PAGE fileops,1
Change the 1 to a 2 to get to the 3rd tab. (The first tab is number 0 (zero).)

May be in the following version it is necessary to add an option " Show copy dialogue". (I have in view of the same dialogue of copying, as in Total Comander, FAR, etc.)
Which of the options do you want to change regularly? I can't imagine many reasons to change most of the settings at all, except for the ones about being prompted for overwrites, which you can override with arguments to the copy command.
(So rather than show the preferences dialog, you could just make a menu with several versions of the copy command that you select from as desired.)

Yes, I think this is a very useful feature also. I would love to see it implemented into DOpus. It just allows the user to confirm and maybe make a couple of small last-minute adjustments before a big copy/move. I posted asking for this a while back also.
And notice the inclusion of the elusive 'queue' option on the copy dialog as well

Which screen is this ? I don't know it at all ?
It's not Opus... it's an example of some other program which shows a dialog where you can change on demand some of the same sort of copy options that Opus only allows to be set in Preferences...
