Copy select files to new drive with same directory structure

I have a drive full of music I ripped in FLAC. Each folder has a folder.jpg.

I transcoded all the music to a different drive in MP3. Now I want to copy each folder.jpg.

The directory structure is the same on both drives, but I need each folder.jpg to go into the proper folder on the destination drive.

What is be best way to accomplish this?

Turn on the Copy Filter from the Settings menu, set the Lister to dual-display with one drive in each side, then select the folders in the source you want and click the Copy button on the toolbar. When the Copy Filter dialog appears, set a filter to only copy filenames matching *.jpg.
