Dears,
Increasing or decreasing copying buffer size in Prefs will be effective in copying speed?

I don't know that you'd see much of a speed up.
From the manual:
Buffer size: Set the internal buffer size for Opus to use when copying files. Usually the default of 64K is sufficient but on some systems you may need to adjust this if you receive errors while copying. For example, Microsoft’s Virtual PC system sometimes requires this to be dropped to 8K.

Yes, I read it, but have not any meaning for me!. What is the usage of this number? Is it used for buffering data during copying? if yes, speed copy will be increased if it increased. Why the number is 64 instead of 8, 128, 200, etc?
You don't normally need to change it. If you do need to change it then it's unpredictable which number will work best.
Play with larger or smaller numbers if you think file copies are not going as fast as your hardware should allow; otherwise don't worry about it.
