Copying to same directory: Dialog box flickers/non-responsive

Windows Version: 10 20H2

Copying to same directory causes crash. Dialog box for renaming usually appears but flickers and is non-responsive. Have to use task manager to shut down process. Sometimes it works once but fails on the subsequent copy. Will revert to previous version which did not exhibit this issue.

Do you have any software installed which moves windows around automatically, makes them on-top, or similar?

Do you have PowerToys/FancyZones installed?

Those are usually the cause of issues like that with our dialog boxes.
