CPU Usage is High

Hi,

I noticed Directory Opus uses 25% of my CPU when the application isn't running.

I've gone through most of the steps Leo listed in the "How to find components causing high CPU usage".

Unfortunately, I only have an intermediate knowledge of Windows.

As such I only made it to the following step:
"Select the thread using all the CPU, then click the Stack button below the list."

This is what I see when I click the Stack button:

I searched my computer for the top 3 items listed (0x000... ntdll.... KERNAL...) but couldn't find them.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you link your account and send us some process snapshots made while the CPU usage is high, we may be able to tell from there what's causing the CPU load, and whether it's something in Opus or a shell extension, antivirus or similar.
