Crash in Directory Opus editor

Hi DOpus Support

I'm a complete newbie to DOpus, but I'm so impressed I bought it before the trial ran out!

But.. I'd like to report two bugs.. :unamused:

The first is a dopus.exe crash...

The second, ironically, is in the Forum "Search this Thread"

To crash dopus.exe
[ul]
[li] ALT-Click on a toolbar icon.[/li]
[li] Select "Advanced" if the script editor isn't already displayed.[/li]
[li] Double click a word in the script editor to hilight it.[/li]
[li] Press CTRL-H to open the "Search and Replace" dialog[/li]
[li] Click Replace All.[/li]
[li] Acknowledge the "1 replace one occurrence of something" dialog[/li]
[li] Click Replace All.[/li]
[li] Read about crashing threads.[/li][/ul]

Search this thread issue..
Entering a word in the "search this thread" field, and pressing "search" resulted in the following
message:

Cheers
Dave

I can't reproduce either problem so far.

When you push Ctrl-H, what are the settings in the Find & Replace dialog?

What's the command that you are editing (and which word was double-clicked)? Maybe it only happens in certain situations.

It might be a windows 8.1 thing, but it happens identically on three machines... One machine was a fresh install after a disk crash and a fresh install of 11.5, freshly downloaded... Running in evaluation mode..

Any script, even cli in script mode. Any button, any word..
As a test, I jumped on my office PC which is 8, not 8.1 and it's the same..
Make sure 'replace in' says 'selection'. All the check boxes are clear.. Though they make no difference.

The only obvious requirement is that you have a successful match which replaces a selection. Immediately hitting 'replace all' a second time kills the program.

FYI, you don't need to press Ctrl-H.. I'm just a keyboard junkie. Hitting edit->replace does the same thing.

Thank you for the report, I have been able to reproduce this and it will be fixed in the next update.
