i was copying a VERY Large amount of files (both in size ~419G, and count 444700++)
copying my adobe light room cache to new drive.

The crash is in a non-Opus thread in a DLL called TFMain64.dll.
hmm, kk, thanks, if anyone else is using https://github.com/ALTaleX531/TranslucentFlyouts it's the culprit
From the github page, the project has been abandoned as (among other reasons) the author couldn't get it to be stable.
Yup it's purely cosmetic. The customarions are great... When they're not crashing stuff. There's a exclude list I've hand to put a handful of apps into. Thought I put dopus exe onto it. I do for most tweaking\theme ing apps. Stardock apps is another that cause havoc with dopus.exe
