Crash When Closing FTP Tab

I saw a crash after closing an FTP tab today. All I did was open an entry from my FTP address book, navigate to a text file, open it, modify it, save it, let Opus upload it automatically, modify it again, let Opus upload it again, close the tab.

Opus' own crash dialog did not appear. A Windows' dialog took the front with "restarting Opus". No dumps were generated.

Probably not Opus' fault?

Nope.

Could be Opus but could also be something external. If you can reproduce it or if it happens again at a later date, please let us know (and send any dumps if they get made). If it's just a one-off, we'll keep an ear out for similar reports to see if there's a pattern.
