Crash when right-clicking (Toshiba Bluetooth shell extension)

I just like the Directory Opus features, and paid for dual license.

After got the cerificate file, then I install to the My Windows Server.
But the Directory Opus has shutdown when mouse right-clicking on a folder or file.

The other My LAPTOP (Windows 10) is ok.
Only the Directory Opus has shutdown on the My Windows Server.

The Windows Server is Window Swever 2012 R2

The crash is most likely caused by a shell extension something else has installed. Please see here for how to track down which one is causing the problem:

Which extension caused the problem? It could be useful for other people.

This extension has problem for me.

[10704] [21256] dopus: CLSID: {6BEF3D0B-53F0-4b0d-B91C-C19ED3D4C9D1} (Bluetooth File Extenstion) (C:\Windows\system32\TosBtShell.dll)

I think it's good that I bought the Directory Opus!!
