Crash while launching a pdf with non-working Acrobat.

Crash is caused by a shell extension something installed, which allowed its DLL to be unloaded while its code was still in use.

The DLL name is ContextMenu64.dll but I can't tell the path from the DMPs, since it's unloaded. If you search for that, it'll probably locate the problem app. (The fact they used such a generic name for their shell extension DLL is another red flag, since it could cause problems if two people use the same name. :slight_smile: But a lot of people make that mistake.)

Ah, thanks, that's part of the Acrobat installation... and yes, a very clever name for the DLL. Probably patented :smiley:

But kinda the sort of thing you'd expect from a company that has a suite of uninstall and cleanup tools for its own software :roll_eyes:
