Opus crashed while switching from one preset to another in the Advanced Renamer.

We've made some changes for the next beta which we hope will fix this.
Unfortunately, we were able to reproduce it occasionally, but not reliably, so it's hard to be completely sure if the changes we've made have fixed it. Please let us know if you see the problem again in 13.10.3 or above, once it's out.
