Create a button that will open a needed Lister

I need to open a select Lister when I use the following command.

Go E:!scan\ VIEW=Details

How can i do this. It seems to open the last one. Even if it works with a default option of some sort I would rather open a Lister of my selection.

I should mention I'm using a floating tool bar, for the first time. No other Lister's are open.

Add the NEW argument.
