Create a folder menu in the toolbar

Hello

I'm trying to create a folder menu in the Toolbar, that shows the folder it contents.

To give you a simple example :

My "Downloads" folder contains 3 folders : Torrents / Usenet / Web Browser

I have the "Downloads" folder in my toolbar, to access it.
But instead, i would like to have a folder menu "Downloads" that shows me the 3 folders in a list to get a quick access.

A little help would be really appreciated.

Hopefully, I could do the same for other folders in the toolbar after getting some help for that particular case.

Put a button like

Go PATH=/downloads FOLDERCONTENT

in the menu.

It kinda works, but that's not the result I was waiting for.
This way, I got the 3 folders directly in my Toolbar, like this :

Or maybe i'm doing something wrong ?

Instead, i would like a menu list, that looks like the 'Rename' List or 'New Folder' :

That way, it takes less space in the Toolbar.
